Innovation Research Development Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Innovation, Research, and Development Manager to join their Technical Services team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the innovation lab and drive the integration of emerging technologies into customer and corporate environments
• Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into actionable user stories and technical specifications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software products and maintain project documentation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum 10 years of experience in product development, including project management
• Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in software development projects
• Experience managing an innovation lab or leading technology research initiatives
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and CMMI Development Maturity Level 3 practices
