Job Summary

Innovation Strategist, responsible for executing client-facing innovation projects focused on AI strategy and process improvement in a full-time remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute innovation and AI strategy projects for clients
• Design and deliver workshops for strategy assessment and roadmap development
• Develop governance models and collaborate with business leaders to translate objectives into execution plans

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in innovation, strategy consulting, or digital transformation
• Experience facilitating workshops and engaging stakeholders
• Strong understanding of business process design and governance
• Experience with AI tools and enterprise AI enablement preferred
• Self-starter with the ability to manage and execute activities independently
