Key Responsibilities

• Orchestrates and governs core processes for technological and process advancement to ensure workforce readiness
• Develops and executes hiring and workforce capability plans aligned with organizational changes
• Leads change management activities and oversees training and onboarding processes for new hires

Required Qualifications

• Doctorate degree & 4 years, Master's degree & 8 years, or Bachelor's degree & 10 years of experience in clinical operations
• Strong background in clinical operations and portfolio delivery
• Experience in leading hiring strategies or capability development initiatives
• Proven ability to design and execute scalable workforce processes
• Demonstrated experience in leading organizational change initiatives
