Job Summary

A company is looking for an Innovative Learning Solutions Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development of new/revised curricula to maintain Program Of Instruction (POI)
• Provide innovative learning solutions and apply industry best practices to address unique training challenges
• Research and recommend new training, educational, and multimedia technologies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 9+ years of experience, Master's degree with 7+ years of experience, or PhD/JD with 4+ years of experience
• Active TS/SCI Clearance
• Experience in planning, developing, and implementing technical product training programs
• Knowledge of customer and technical organizations, engineering, software, and product requirements
• Skills in preparing lesson plans, training materials, and conducting training sessions
