Inpatient Care Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inpatient Care Coordinator to provide support in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional service to patients and arrange post-discharge appointments
• Create authorizations and ensure proper patient details are entered within a 7-day protocol
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and maintain productivity targets

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 1+ years of experience in a customer service role in a healthcare setting
• Experience using Microsoft Excel and navigating multiple chat channels
• Ability to work full-time, Monday - Friday, with flexibility for occasional overtime
