A company is looking for an Inpatient Claims Processor I.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, process, and adjust Commercial and Medicaid inpatient claims
• Analyze claims data and apply plan concepts to ensure accurate adjudication
• Contact providers for additional information and ensure compliance with deadlines and regulations

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of medical claims processing experience
• 10-key proficiency of 135 wpm and typing speed of at least 35 wpm
• Knowledge of medical terminology, CPT codes, and ICD-10 codes
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and project a professional business image
