Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inpatient Corporate Coder, remote based in the US.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately and productively code/abstract patient health documentation
• Utilize coding abilities to review flagged cases for accuracy
• Assist in coding quality reviews/audits and training of new coders

Required Qualifications

• Associates or higher-level degree in a Health Information Management discipline
• Completion of at least one AHIMA certified program with a professional credential preferred
• 1-3 years inpatient coding experience
• Skilled knowledge of MS Office suite
• Strong technical background and electronic medical record experience
