Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inpatient Coding Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform inpatient coding for diagnoses and procedures using ICD-10-CM and ICD-10-PCS
• Ensure coding quality meets or exceeds 95% accuracy while achieving client productivity targets
• Utilize remote connectivity tools and office software for effective communication and data management

Required Qualifications

• AHIMA or AAPC (CPC, CIC, COC) certification
• Minimum of two years' recent inpatient coding experience in an acute care setting
• Knowledge of MS DRG Coding Classification Systems
• Technical competency with remote-based connectivity tools
• Commitment to a regular schedule with reliable attendance
