A company is looking for a Coding Project HB Inpatient Coding Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and direct inpatient coding activities to ensure revenue integrity and quality
• Monitor workflows and manage performance indicators to meet business objectives
• Provide daily staff supervision, scheduling, and training to ensure effective department operations

Required Qualifications

• Current certification with AAPC or AHIMA
• 3+ years of supervision experience preferred
• Thorough understanding of hospital inpatient coding and related software applications
• Knowledge of federal coding requirements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
