Inside Account Associate

Job Summary

Proactively managing a customer base, the full-time Inside Account Associate will handle order management, develop profitable relationships, and respond to customer inquiries in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full order processing, including placing orders and providing tracking information to customers
• Develop and maintain customer relationships while identifying new business opportunities to meet growth targets
• Respond to customer requests for quotes, bids, and orders through various communication channels

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma required; college degree or equivalent experience preferred
• 1+ years of relevant work experience in sales or account management
• Proficient in English (level B2 or higher) and knowledgeable in Windows and Office Suite applications
• Experience with CRM tools and order management processes
• Ability to effectively negotiate and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
