Key Responsibilities

Profile accounts through cold calling and prospecting
Establish and develop customer relationships via various communication methods
Manage the IT needs of medium to large businesses while delivering a superior customer experience

Required Qualifications

Completed Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience
A minimum of 2 years of Customer Service and/or Inside Sales experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience managing account portfolios
Ability to cold call and create new business opportunities
