Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inside Account Executive to manage high-value accounts and drive retention and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a large book of business, develop retention strategies, and ensure client satisfaction and contract renewals
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for client interactions, building strong relationships and deepening engagement
  • Identify and communicate upsell opportunities and new business potential to sales partners
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 1-2 years in a B2B sales or account management role, managing a high-volume client portfolio
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with sales and operations teams
  • Salesforce experience preferred; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Multifamily or service industry experience is a plus
