Job Summary
Focusing on enhancing customer connectivity, the full-time Inside Account Executive will engage with existing business clients to facilitate transitions to next-generation products and services while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Reach out to existing customers to discuss necessary transitions and conduct assessments to tailor solutions
- Facilitate the service conversion process, ensuring minimal disruption to customer operations and coordinating with internal teams as needed
- Monitor project progress, resolve issues during implementation, and meet monthly sales targets and performance metrics
Required qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent with 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or telecommunications (B2B)
- Proven ability to build rapport and trust with customers through strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to maintain a distraction-free remote workplace with high-speed internet of 25 MBPS or higher
