Job Summary
A company is looking for an Inside Account Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Support a shared portfolio of Inside-tier accounts through service workflows and system triggers
- Monitor account performance, client engagement, and SLA delivery using dashboards and automation tools
- Engage clients through structured check-ins and email campaigns, escalating to high-touch support as needed
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in account management, client support, or operational delivery roles
- Comfort using CRM systems and reporting tools
- Process-oriented with the ability to manage multiple accounts
- Eager to learn and grow in a commercial team environment
- Experience in corporate travel, SaaS, or B2B services is helpful, but not required
