Job Summary

Taking full ownership of claims from start to finish, the fully remote Inside Auto Adjuster will investigate automobile accidents, determine coverage and liability, and negotiate claims while thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate and confirm facts of loss for automobile accidents, determining coverage, liability, and damages
• Collaborate with fraud and subrogation representatives to achieve optimal outcomes for claims
• Utilize customer service skills to identify and meet customer needs effectively

Required qualifications

• Active insurance license or ability to obtain one
• Understanding of insurance policies related to automobile claims
• Experience in claims handling or customer service
• Ability to work independently and exercise discretion in decision-making
• Reside in PST or MST time zones
