Inside Auto Claims Adjuster

Job Summary

Working fully remote, the Inside Auto Claims Adjuster will investigate basic to moderately complex auto insurance claims, evaluate coverage and liability, and negotiate settlements while ensuring timely and customer-focused claim resolution.

Key responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards throughout the claim lifecycle
• Investigate auto accidents and prepare clear, concise claim summaries
• Evaluate claims to determine coverage, liability, and damages, and negotiate settlements accordingly

Required qualifications:

• 2+ years of prior claim handling experience preferred
• Preference for candidates residing in West zone states (PST/MST)
• Comfortable using technology and learning claims-related software and tools
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail with solid critical-thinking and decision-making skills
