Key responsibilities

• Manage auto claims from initiation to resolution, ensuring timely and accurate processing
• Communicate with various stakeholders, including policyholders and repair shops, to gather information and provide updates
• Conduct thorough investigations, assess claims, and negotiate settlements in accordance with company guidelines
