Key responsibilities

• Manage auto claims from initiation to resolution, ensuring efficiency and fairness
• Communicate with policyholders, claimants, agents, and repair facilities to gather information and provide updates
• Conduct thorough investigations and negotiate settlements, documenting all claim activity in accordance with company guidelines
