Inside Client Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inside Client Manager to manage sales operations for assigned SLED accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Onboard and set up new customers while acting as the primary internal contact
• Maintain Salesforce account data integrity and generate accurate quotes for solutions
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and collaborate with vendors for sourcing quotes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or related experience and/or military experience
• 3 - 5 years of experience, preferably with SLED customers and contracts
• Preferred experience with Cisco, Dell/EMC, and VMware sales
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft software applications
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure/solutions manufacturers in the enterprise space
