Job Summary
To drive growth within the district, the full-time Inside District Manager will hire, coach, and manage a team of Inside Account Executives, focusing on understanding restaurant needs and delivering customized solutions in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Hire, develop, motivate, and manage a quota-achieving sales team
- Coach the team on conducting discovery meetings and crafting tailored solutions for prospective customers
- Utilize Salesforce and other technologies to enhance productivity and analyze deal pipelines
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of sales experience in a sourcing and/or closing role
- 3+ years of leadership experience
- Proven track record of success in sales
- Passion for inspiring and motivating team members
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to perform well under pressure
