Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Inside Junior Mortgage Banker.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize a dialer to make outbound phone calls to warm leads
• Support a Senior Vice President with lead generation and follow-up
• Manage leads in CRM and provide excellent customer service to clients and referral sources

Required Qualifications:

• High school degree or GED required; 2-4 year college degree preferred
• 1+ years of experience in sales or customer service roles
• Comfortable working on a computer while on the phone
• Friendly personality with a strong sales acumen
• Dependable and self-motivated with leadership potential
