Job Summary
A company is looking for an Inside Partner Account Manager to drive customer retention and growth in a remote role.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure customer retention and growth within the assigned territory and portfolio
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders and establish multiple connections within accounts
- Identify revenue expansion opportunities through upselling and cross-selling efforts
Required Qualifications
- Experience in technical software product sales and familiarity with the Latin America market
- Bilingual in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus
- Proficient in SalesForce.com, LinkedIn Navigator, SalesLoft, and Microsoft Office tools
- Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to drive business independently
- Strong time management and organizational skills
