Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inside Partner Account Manager to drive customer retention and growth in a remote role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure customer retention and growth within the assigned territory and portfolio
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders and establish multiple connections within accounts
  • Identify revenue expansion opportunities through upselling and cross-selling efforts
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in technical software product sales and familiarity with the Latin America market
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus
  • Proficient in SalesForce.com, LinkedIn Navigator, SalesLoft, and Microsoft Office tools
  • Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to drive business independently
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
