Job Summary

To enhance partner relationships, the full-time Inside Partner Success Associate will manage partner onboarding, provide ongoing support, and drive engagement strategies in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the onboarding process for new partners and ensure a smooth transition
• Provide ongoing support and training to partners to maximize their success
• Develop and implement engagement strategies to strengthen partner relationships

Required qualifications

• Experience in customer success or account management roles
• Proficiency with CRM software and data analysis tools
• Strong understanding of partner relationship management
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
