A company is looking for a Property Adjuster - Inside - Remote - CST, MST, PST.

Key Responsibilities

• Virtually inspect damages, investigate coverage, and prepare estimates for claims
• Interact with customers, contractors, and vendors through various communication channels
• Focus on water loss claims to provide high-quality support and resolution

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Experience in claims handling or a related field
• Proficiency in using claims software platforms such as Xactimate and ClaimsX Video Collaboration
• Ability to work independently and investigate property claims effectively
• Strong customer service orientation with a focus on empathy
• Familiarity with insurance policies and coverage interpretation
