Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inside Property Adjuster to join their Claims team in a fully remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigates and confirms facts of loss for complex Homeowners Claims, determining coverage and damages
• Identifies subrogation or fraud potential and manages claims accordingly
• Applies advanced understanding of insurance policies and handles all aspects of complex Homeowners first party claims

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Prior experience handling residential homeowner claims
• Proficiency in Xactimate and XactAnalysis is highly preferred
• Advanced understanding of insurance policies and industry practices
• Experience in claims investigation and management
• Ability to recognize key components of residential construction and repair
