Inside Property Adjuster

Job Summary

Working fully remotely, the Inside Property Adjuster will investigate and validate complex homeowners claims, determine coverage, assess damages, and negotiate settlements while providing guidance to junior team members.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate and validate details of loss for homeowners claims valued up to $250,000
• Determine coverage, assess damages, and negotiate claim settlements within assigned authority
• Provide guidance and support to junior team members while delivering high-level service to customers

Required qualifications

• Strong background in handling high-volume and complex homeowners claims
• Experience writing and reviewing complex repair estimates
• Proven ability to manage high-value properties and own claims from start to finish
• Insurance carrier experience with field exposure preferred
• Comfortable participating in an on-call rotation to support escalated customer needs
