Job Summary

Working remotely from a home office, the full-time Inside Property Adjuster will provide exceptional service by virtually inspecting damages, investigating coverage, preparing estimates, and settling claims, with a focus on water losses.

Key responsibilities

• Virtually inspect damages and investigate property claims to determine coverage
• Prepare estimates and settle claims promptly and accurately using software platforms
• Communicate effectively with customers, contractors, and vendors through various channels

Required qualifications

• Experience in property claims or a related field
• Proficiency in using software such as Xactimate and ClaimsX Video Collaboration
• Strong understanding of insurance policies and coverage interpretation
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple claims simultaneously
• Empathy and strong customer service skills
