Job Summary

Investigating and resolving complex first-party homeowner claims, the fully remote Inside Property Adjuster will determine coverage, assess damages, and negotiate settlements while providing guidance to junior employees.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate and evaluate complex homeowner claims, determining coverage and damages
• Negotiate claim settlements and identify potential subrogation and fraud issues
• Provide guidance and support to junior adjusters and specialty claim teams

Required qualifications

• Experience handling residential property claims and complex homeowner losses
• Strong knowledge of residential construction and home repair
• Proficiency in coverage analysis and claims investigations
• Experience in subrogation and fraud identification
• Prior experience in specialty areas such as Large Loss, Litigation, or Water Mitigation preferred
