Inside Property Adjuster
Job Summary
Working fully remote, the Inside Property Adjuster will investigate and confirm facts of loss for Homeowners Claims, determining coverage and damages while adjusting and negotiating claims independently.
Key responsibilities
- Handles investigation regarding all aspects of Homeowners first party claims, exercising discretion and independence
- Applies increased experience in specialty areas such as Coverage, Investigation Specialist, or Large Loss claims
- Recognizes key components of residential construction and repair, ensuring customer needs are met effectively
Required qualifications
- Experience in claims adjusting, preferably in Homeowners Claims
- Familiarity with insurance policies and industry standards
- Understanding of residential construction and repair processes
- Ability to work independently and prioritize responsibilities
- Knowledge of Xactimate estimating software is a plus
