Job Summary

Handling complex contents claims virtually, the full-time Inside Property Contents Adjuster will conduct thorough coverage investigations, negotiate settlements, and collaborate with onsite vendors using advanced video technology while working remotely from anywhere in the specified country.

Key responsibilities

• Manage ALE and contents claims, ensuring accurate policy application and thorough investigations
• Negotiate claim settlements in alignment with business unit standards and coordinate with structure adjusters for holistic claim handling
• Utilize data and analytics to influence decision-making and communicate empathetically with customers throughout the claims process

Required qualifications

• Experience in handling property claims, particularly with complex contents
• Proficiency in using advanced video technology for virtual collaboration
• Strong understanding of insurance policies and coverage investigation
