Inside Rental Representative

Job Summary

To drive sales growth in the Midwest region, the full-time Inside Rental Representative will initiate customer contact through various channels, support Outside Rental Representatives, and utilize CRM tools to convert leads into orders while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate new customer leads through cold-calling and prospecting in underdeveloped territories
• Follow up on quotes and maintain relationships to convert leads into repeat customers
• Maximize sales potential by utilizing competitive sales techniques and building relationships with customers

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 2 years B2B inside or outside sales experience required
• Strong knowledge of rigging and construction industries preferred
• Experience with CRM systems strongly preferred
