Job Summary
A company is looking for an Inside Sales Account Executive to manage and grow relationships with existing customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities within accounts
- Utilize a consultative selling approach to address customer business challenges
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and quotas
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in inside sales, account management, or customer success, preferably in a SaaS or software company
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement technologies
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude while operating under pressure
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
