Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inside Sales Account Executive to convert inbound leads into long-term customers and source new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the full sales cycle from initial conversation to closing with small and midsize businesses
  • Engage and convert warm inbound leads while supplementing the pipeline with outbound prospecting
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and track pipeline performance in Salesforce
Required Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of inside sales or full-cycle closing experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to exceed sales quotas and close business efficiently
  • CRM fluency, preferably in Salesforce or similar tools
  • Strong ability to engage in disciplined outbound outreach and build a sales pipeline
  • Self-motivated with a team-first attitude and a desire to grow
