Job Summary
Inside Sales Account Executive, is a full-time role focused on converting inbound leads into long-term customers while also generating new opportunities through outbound prospecting in a fast-paced sales environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle from initial conversation to closing with SMB merchants
- Engage and convert warm inbound leads while generating additional pipeline through outbound efforts
- Collaborate across teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and meet revenue goals
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of inside sales or full-cycle closing experience in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to exceed sales quotas and close business quickly
- Strong CRM fluency, preferably with Salesforce or similar tools
- A hunter mentality with a focus on disciplined outbound outreach
- Ability to thrive in a self-motivated and ambiguous environment
