Job Summary
To meet established revenue goals, the full-time Inside Sales Account Executive will creatively solicit and develop sales, maintain and grow a broker base, and collaborate with Client Managers and Market Directors in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Execute and develop creative sales strategies to contact prospective brokers and accounts
- Create and maintain solid business relationships with prospective accounts and brokers
- Provide plan design options, sales information, and rate quotations to prospective clients
Required qualifications
- Three years of sales experience
- Demonstrated track record in meeting sales/revenue goals with major account responsibility
- Knowledge of underwriting, products, services, and the healthcare industry
- Ability to achieve and maintain applicable agent licensing requirements for assigned sales territory
- Intermediate level computer skills and ability to master internal systems
