Job Summary
Converting high-quality inbound leads into long-term customers, the full-time Inside Sales Account Executive will manage the full sales cycle for small and midsize businesses while also engaging in outbound prospecting to maintain a robust pipeline.
Key responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle from first conversation to close with SMB merchants across various industries
- Engage and convert a steady flow of warm inbound leads while supplementing the pipeline with outbound prospecting
- Collaborate across teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and track pipeline performance in Salesforce
Required qualifications
- 1-2 years of inside sales or full-cycle closing experience in a fast-paced SaaS, payments, or SMB-focused environment
- Proven ability to exceed quota and close business in a high-volume, short-cycle motion
- Strong CRM fluency (Salesforce or similar) and a data-driven approach to activity management
- A hunter's mindset with a focus on disciplined outbound outreach
- Curiosity and empathy to understand customer needs and position appropriate solutions
