Job Summary

Converting high-quality inbound leads into long-term customers, the full-time Inside Sales Account Executive will manage the full sales cycle for SMB merchants while also engaging in outbound prospecting to maintain a robust pipeline.

Key responsibilities
  • Own the full sales cycle from initial conversation to closing deals with SMB merchants
  • Engage and convert warm inbound leads while supplementing with outbound prospecting efforts
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and track pipeline metrics in Salesforce
Required qualifications
  • 1-2 years of inside sales or full-cycle closing experience in a fast-paced SaaS or SMB-focused environment
  • Proven ability to exceed quotas and close business in a high-volume, short-cycle sales environment
  • Strong CRM fluency, preferably with Salesforce, and a data-driven approach to activity management
  • A hunter's mindset with a focus on disciplined outbound outreach and pipeline building
  • Curiosity and empathy to understand customer needs and position effective solutions
