Job Summary

Converting high-quality inbound leads into long-term customers, the full-time Inside Sales Account Executive will own the full sales cycle, engage with SMB merchants, and supplement their pipeline through outbound prospecting in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Own the full sales cycle from initial conversation to closing with SMB merchants across various industries
  • Engage and convert warm inbound leads while actively sourcing new opportunities through outbound prospecting
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and provide consultative solutions
Required qualifications
  • 1-2 years of inside sales or full-cycle closing experience, preferably in a SaaS or SMB-focused environment
  • Proven ability to exceed sales quotas and close business in a high-volume, short-cycle sales environment
  • Strong CRM fluency, particularly with Salesforce or similar tools
  • A hunter's mindset with a focus on disciplined outbound outreach and pipeline building
  • Curiosity and empathy to understand customer needs and deliver appropriate solutions
