Job Summary
Converting high-quality inbound leads into long-term customers, the full-time Inside Sales Account Executive will manage the full sales cycle for SMB merchants, engage in outbound prospecting, and collaborate across teams to enhance the customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle from initial conversation to closing with SMB merchants
- Engage and convert warm inbound leads while supplementing the pipeline with outbound prospecting
- Track and forecast pipeline accurately in Salesforce to meet and exceed revenue goals
Required qualifications
- 1-2 years of inside sales or full-cycle closing experience in a fast-paced SaaS or SMB environment
- Proven ability to exceed quota and close business in a high-volume, short-cycle context
- Strong CRM fluency, preferably with Salesforce, and a data-driven approach to activity management
- A hunter's mindset with a focus on disciplined outbound outreach
- Curiosity and empathy to understand customer needs and position appropriate solutions
