Job Summary
Focusing on ongoing customer success and retention, the full-time Inside Sales Account Executive will act as the primary point of contact for existing customers, selling products and services through various communication channels while maintaining relationships within an assigned territory.
Key responsibilities
- Manage customer accounts by responding to inquiries and providing guidance on products and services
- Execute sales strategies and identify upsell opportunities while maintaining a strong focus on customer retention
- Conduct in-depth sales presentations and product demonstrations using interactive technology
Required qualifications
- 1-3 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in the automotive or digital marketplace
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Proven ability to identify and close sales opportunities virtually
- Demonstrated consistent quota attainment with a strong desire to succeed
- Excellent planning, persuasion, and negotiation skills
