Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inside Sales Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a dedicated customer account list and support an internal Account Executive
• Drive sales opportunities and maintain customer satisfaction through strategic insights and account management
• Engage in IT Sales Training and collaborate with various internal teams to explore new opportunities

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 2+ years of sales experience in the IT industry
• Entry and advanced level certifications in OEM training programs
• Experience in a professional environment
• 2-5 years of experience in the IT Sales Industry or equivalent is preferred
• 4-year post-secondary degree or equivalent is preferred but not required
