Job Summary
Owning and growing a defined territory of named mid-market accounts, the full-time Inside Sales Account Manager will focus on expanding existing customer relationships through upsell, cross-sell, and multi-site deployments of EV charging solutions while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Engage directly with customers to drive expansion revenue and acquire new customers within the assigned territory
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet or exceed revenue targets through consultative selling
- Collaborate cross-functionally and leverage channel partners to enhance customer satisfaction and achieve business goals
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of quota-carrying B2B sales experience in an Account Manager, Account Executive, or similar role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets through account expansion
- Experience selling complex solutions, including hardware, software, or infrastructure-based offerings
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to manage multi-stakeholder buying groups
- Proficiency with CRM tools, pipeline management, and sales forecasting
