Job Summary
Proactively driving sales opportunities, the full-time Inside Sales Account Manager will manage a dedicated customer account list, support an internal Account Executive, and ensure top-level customer service in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a dedicated customer account list and support sales operations using insights from RADAR
- Engage in IT Sales Training and explore new opportunities through account management and lead generation campaigns
- Serve as a trusted resource, managing quote activity and participating in customer meetings as needed
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of sales experience in the IT industry
- Entry and advanced level certifications in OEM training programs
- Experience in a professional environment
- Strong phone communication skills with an emphasis on active listening
- Ability to problem solve and coordinate with appropriate stakeholders
