Job Summary
To support ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives, the full-time Inside Sales Account Manager will generate a consistent sales pipeline, build relationships with new and existing customers, and provide tailored product solutions remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
- Maintain long-lasting relationships with existing customers through exceptional after-sales service
- Advise customers on suitable product selection and upsell compatible products based on their needs
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in inbound and outbound lead execution in video solutions
- Strong prospecting, territory planning, and team-selling experience
- Knowledge of the sales process from initiation to close
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM/Salesforce experience preferred
