Job Summary

Driving repeat business in a fully remote, full-time capacity, the Inside Sales Account Manager will focus on re-engaging existing clients, converting outreach into repeat consignments, and maintaining strong client relationships while managing contracts and pricing expectations.

Key responsibilities
  • Re-engage existing clients and convert marketing-generated leads into repeat consignments
  • Maintain consistent outreach through phone, text, and email while ensuring CRM accuracy
  • Deliver a high-touch client experience and generate referrals from satisfied consignors
Required qualifications
  • Ability to quickly build rapport and establish trust with clients
  • Proficiency in using software such as G-Suite, Email, SalesForce, and CRM systems
  • Commitment to full-time hours (40 hours per week)
  • Self-motivation and a drive to achieve results
  • Previous experience selling luxury goods and/or services is preferred
