Job Summary
Driving repeat business in a fully remote, full-time capacity, the Inside Sales Account Manager will focus on re-engaging existing clients, converting outreach into repeat consignments, and maintaining strong client relationships while managing contracts and pricing expectations.
Key responsibilities
- Re-engage existing clients and convert marketing-generated leads into repeat consignments
- Maintain consistent outreach through phone, text, and email while ensuring CRM accuracy
- Deliver a high-touch client experience and generate referrals from satisfied consignors
Required qualifications
- Ability to quickly build rapport and establish trust with clients
- Proficiency in using software such as G-Suite, Email, SalesForce, and CRM systems
- Commitment to full-time hours (40 hours per week)
- Self-motivation and a drive to achieve results
- Previous experience selling luxury goods and/or services is preferred
