Job Summary
Driving repeat business in a fully remote, full-time capacity, the Inside Sales Account Manager will focus on re-engaging existing clients, managing contracts, and converting outreach into repeat consignment activity while maintaining strong client relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Re-engage existing clients and convert marketing-generated reactivation leads
- Drive repeat consignments through consistent outbound outreach via phone, text, and email
- Maintain CRM accuracy and manage contracts while setting pricing expectations
Required qualifications
- Proficiency in using software such as G-Suite, Email, Salesforce, and CRM systems
- Ability to commit to full-time hours (40 hours per week)
- Self-motivation and a drive to achieve results
- Experience in selling luxury goods and/or services is preferred
- Ability to quickly build rapport and establish trust with clients
