Job Summary
To enhance client relationships, the full-time Inside Sales Account Manager will manage inbound and outbound communications, coordinate the client journey, and drive sales growth for small and medium-sized businesses in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate the client journey for new and existing clients through various lead sources and communication methods
- Process solution sales and identify future opportunities requiring dedicated account management
- Utilize Microsoft CRM for effective communication and ensure timely contact with leads to address immediate and future needs
Required qualifications
- 2 years of sales experience
- 2 years of customer service experience
- Experience with technology products, applications, and services is preferred
