Job Summary
To drive sales growth, the full-time Inside Sales Account Manager will manage a pipeline of clients and prospects, achieving booking and revenue targets while working remotely in the United States.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve booking, revenue, and profit objectives through daily prospecting and closing sales transactions
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients in the CRM system while collaborating with internal teams
- Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to clients and provide exceptional customer service
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- 1-3 years of experience in direct sales, account management, or business development
- Experience with enterprise software and familiarity with healthcare or clinical research preferred
- Strong business planning and analytical skills with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a professional team environment
