Job Summary

Driving repeat business remotely, the full-time Inside Sales Account Manager will re-engage existing clients, manage contracts, and convert outreach into consignment activity while maintaining strong client relationships in a quota-driven environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Re-engage existing clients and convert marketing-generated leads into repeat consignments
  • Maintain consistent outbound communication via phone, text, and email while managing a disciplined pipeline
  • Deliver a high-touch client experience, ensuring accurate contract reviews and pricing expectations
Required qualifications
  • Ability to quickly build rapport and establish trust with clients
  • Proficiency in software such as G-Suite, Email, SalesForce, and CRM systems
  • Commitment to full-time hours (40 hours per week)
  • Self-motivation and a results-driven mindset
  • Previous experience selling luxury goods and/or services is preferred
