Job Summary
Driving repeat business remotely, the full-time Inside Sales Account Manager will re-engage existing clients, manage contracts, and convert outreach into consignment activity while maintaining strong client relationships in a quota-driven environment.
Key responsibilities
- Re-engage existing clients and convert marketing-generated leads into repeat consignments
- Maintain consistent outbound communication via phone, text, and email while managing a disciplined pipeline
- Deliver a high-touch client experience, ensuring accurate contract reviews and pricing expectations
Required qualifications
- Ability to quickly build rapport and establish trust with clients
- Proficiency in software such as G-Suite, Email, SalesForce, and CRM systems
- Commitment to full-time hours (40 hours per week)
- Self-motivation and a results-driven mindset
- Previous experience selling luxury goods and/or services is preferred
