Job Summary
Focusing on innovative account management strategies, the full-time Inside Sales and Member Experience Agent will enhance member engagement and drive revenue growth through relationship management and consultative sales skills in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Create and manage domestic and international PNRs, profiles, and process refunds while selling airline ancillary services
- Utilize computer applications to manage and analyze large datasets, including creating reports and maintaining databases
- Conduct outreach sales calls to prospect for new members and collaborate with cross-functional teams to share best practices
Required qualifications
- Experience in account management or sales support roles
- Proficiency in using CRM software, specifically SugarCRM
- Strong understanding of airline industry practices and revenue generation
- Ability to navigate and research information using standard internet protocols
- Familiarity with creating and managing various airline agreements and ticketing instructions
